Passionate about fostering growth within the community, Richelle is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. Her commitment to both organizational leadership and community well-being reflects her belief in the transformative power of care and mentorship.

DIRECTOR
With over two decades of experience in real estate since 2001, Alex is deeply passionate about creating homes and safe spaces for individuals to live, work, and socialize. With a keen sense of purpose, Alex is eager to empower the lives of individuals with disabilities, leveraging expertise to ensure they have access to welcoming and supportive environments.

With an impressive 12 years of industry expertise! Michelle is a beacon of knowledge and a force for positive change. Her passion and commitment shine bright as she skillfully works hard for all of her participants. Beyond her professional life, Michelle embraces an active lifestyle, enjoying moments in the sunshine, beach swims, and quality time with her husband and two furry companions!

Bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to everything he undertakes, Jordan's genuine compassion for others and innate problem-solving abilities set him apart. Jordan consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible. His unwavering commitment and passion for making a positive impact defines his contributions to our organization.

Our Plan

Nextcares is creating safe places to work, live, learn, and socialise for people living with disabilities in Newcastle. We have a community hub at Nextcares Community Hub in Wickham, where we deliver workshops. Here you can pick up new skills in a fun way, at your pace. Our Community Centre is a dedicated life-skills center where our community can come together and grow.

Nextcares is not stopping here.

We are also building ILO accommodations for people with disabilities. Independent living options or ILO houses are a necessary part of building independence for many young people. We consider the connection to the community and commute as well as the proximity to employment and learning facilities. We think that our clients will fall in love with the A-grade facilities and high-end finishes. This is the plan, and our plans are big. So please be patient, big things are coming!
